What is your policy on unclaimed or returned packages?

Accepted Answer

Pout Cosmetix will not be responsible for any unclaimed, missing, or lost packages, nor incorrect shipping addresses on orders.

Note: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for delivered packages not received due to an incorrect address entry. Please make sure that all shipping info is correct before finalizing your order. If your order is returned to due to an incorrect address, please note there is a reshipment fee (same amount paid on the original order) that will need to be paid before reshipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable once products have been shipped.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of the product, we are not able to accept returned products. However, if for any reason you encounter an issue with your product due to delivery or receipt of the wrong item, we will be happy to arrange an appropriate solution for you. To begin the process please contact us within five (5) days of product receipt at: info@poutcosmetix.com with your name, order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and photo of the products condition.

Note: Each scenario is handled on a case-by-case basis but we will try our best to work toward an accommodating solution.
