Due to the nature of the product, we are not able to accept returned products. However, if for any reason you encounter an issue with your product due to delivery or receipt of the wrong item, we will be happy to arrange an appropriate solution for you. To begin the process please contact us within five (5) days of product receipt at: info@poutcosmetix.com with your name, order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and photo of the products condition. 
Note: Each scenario is handled on a case-by-case basis but we will try our best to work toward an accommodating solution.
