By submitting this wholesale application, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth by Pout Cosmetix. You certify that all information provided is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge.


  1. Minimum Order Requirement: Wholesale partners must adhere to the MOQ specified by Pout Cosmetix. Orders failing to meet this requirement may not be processed.

  2. Pricing: Wholesale pricing is confidential and intended solely for resale purposes. Wholesale partners agree not to disclose pricing information to third parties.

  3. Payment Terms: Payment for wholesale orders is due upon placement of the order. Pout Cosmetix accepts various payment methods, including credit card, bank transfer, or PayPal.

  4. Shipping: Shipping costs are the responsibility of the wholesale partner and will be calculated based on the shipping address and order weight. Pout Cosmetix will provide shipping options and estimates upon order confirmation.

  5. Returns and Exchanges: Pout Cosmetix does not accept returns or exchanges on wholesale orders unless products are damaged or defective upon receipt. Wholesale partners must notify Pout Cosmetix of any such issues within 3 days of receiving the order.

  6. Brand Representation: Wholesale partners agree to represent Pout Cosmetix products accurately and in line with the brand's values. Any marketing materials or product descriptions must be approved by Pout Cosmetix before use.

  7. Termination of Partnership: Pout Cosmetix reserves the right to terminate wholesale partnerships at any time due to violation of these terms and conditions or for any other reason deemed appropriate by Pout Cosmetix.
