Shipping Policy

 

All orders placed with Pout Cosmetix are shipped within three (3) business days. If your order is placed on a holiday or weekend, it will be shipped the next business day. All orders containing our body meringue, will be shipped Monday-Wednesday only via USPS. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy

NO refunds as all sales are final. Due to the nature of the product, we are not able to accept returned products. However, if for any reason you encounter an issue with your product due to delivery or receipt of the wrong item, we will be happy to arrange an appropriate solution for you. To begin the process please contact us within five (5) days of product receipt at: info@poutcosmetix.com with your name, order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and photo of the products condition.
